We know you’re eager to enjoy our delicious products as soon as possible. That’s why we’re committed to processing and shipping your order within 1-2 business days from our primary EU warehouse. Please note that we don’t process orders on weekends or holidays, and there may be delays during high-volume periods like holidays.
EU & UK shipping: The average shipping time is 2-7 days.
US shipping: The average shipping time is 10-17 days.
Free Shipping for Orders Over €60
We believe in making our products accessible to everyone, which is why we offer free shipping for all orders over €60 within the EU. If your order is under €60, shipping will be based on GLS/Packeta rates.
We use reliable shipping carriers to ensure your package arrives safely and quickly. Domestic packages are shipped via GLS/Packeta, while international packages are shipped via FedEx.
International Shipments
Besides the EU countries, we also ship to most non-EU countries, the UK, and the US. We’re working hard to expand our international shipping options and make them more affordable for our customers. If your country is not on the list, please send us an email at [email protected], and we’ll try to find a way to get our products shipped to you.
Our Happiness Guarantee: Because Your Satisfaction is Our Priority
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your FeelRooty experience, which is why we offer a first-order refund policy. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please email [email protected] within 60 days of receiving your order. Please note that subscription shipments after your first order are not eligible for return, refund, or cancellation after they have been charged.
Bulk orders, non-rooty products (frothers, mugs, etc.), or orders over €70 are ineligible for return but subject to additional review by our team. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the original shipping charges, and return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Refund requests received more than 60 days after the original order receipt will not be honored, and we reserve the right to refuse any refund/return if abuse is suspected.
In the event that you inadvertently purchase multiple quantities of the same item, our return policy is as follows: We will issue a refund for one unit of the product. Should you wish to return the additional unopened items in their original condition, we will provide a full refund for these items, excluding any shipping costs. The refund will be provided after we receive and review the products.
