Cinnamon toast rolls with MagicRooty

Do you love cinnamon rolls as much as we do? Here’s an easy recipe for delicious rolls with a new twist of MagicRooty Choco Cinnamon.

Ingredients for the cinnamon filling:

  • 2 tbsp butter (+ extra for frying)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 scoop of MagicRooty Choco Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 11 slices of toast

Wet Ingredients:

  • 200 ml oat or soy milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds (mixed with 3 tbsp water)

Decoration:

  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions:

  1. Mix butter, sugar, cinnamon, and MagicRooty in a small bowl.
  2. In another bowl, combine all the wet ingredients.
  3. Trim the crusts off each slice of toast, spread with filling, roll them up, and shape into rolls.
  4. Dip each roll in the wet mixture.
  5. Heat a small cube of butter in a pan, and fry the cinnamon rolls until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Roll the fried rolls in the sugar and cinnamon mixture, and drizzle with maple syrup if desired.
  7. This recipe makes 11 rolls. Enjoy!
