Do you love cinnamon rolls as much as we do? Here’s an easy recipe for delicious rolls with a new twist of MagicRooty Choco Cinnamon.
Ingredients for the cinnamon filling:
- 2 tbsp butter (+ extra for frying)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 scoop of MagicRooty Choco Cinnamon
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 11 slices of toast
Wet Ingredients:
- 200 ml oat or soy milk
- 1 tsp vanilla paste
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds (mixed with 3 tbsp water)
Decoration:
- 2 tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions:
- Mix butter, sugar, cinnamon, and MagicRooty in a small bowl.
- In another bowl, combine all the wet ingredients.
- Trim the crusts off each slice of toast, spread with filling, roll them up, and shape into rolls.
- Dip each roll in the wet mixture.
- Heat a small cube of butter in a pan, and fry the cinnamon rolls until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Roll the fried rolls in the sugar and cinnamon mixture, and drizzle with maple syrup if desired.
- This recipe makes 11 rolls. Enjoy!
